Warranty

All computer board product includes a standard three month warranty(some with six months or one year) from the date of your receipt. All computer board product is considered used and refurbished, however some are still new or unused and in box. Should a defect occur in that time frame, we will replace, repair, or refund the original purchase price at our option.

In no way are we responsible for damages to product mishandled by customers, modified, improperly used according to manufactures specifications, or damaged/mishandled by third parties. Cosmetic defect and consumable items such as stand alone batteries are not covered under warranty.

Innovative Research Technologies reserves the right to repair, replace, make price adjustment, credit account, or issue a refund for any items returned for warranty service.
